This beautiful German straight razor was manufactured by A.W. Wadsworth & Son  a trademark used by A Kastor & Brothers, Germany & Austria. Various marks to tangs such as 'Austrian Cutlery Works Austria' and 'XLNT' are known.  The company was in business from 1905 - 1936.

The razor arrived at our ship in disrepair.  The blade was thoroughly cleaned and all rust removed; the blade was then brought to a high mirror polish. 

New and custom scales were hand crafted of toxic green Kirinite with a white acrylic wedge.  These scales are an exact copy of the one original remaining Bakelite scale that arrived with the razor.
